We can see a dark halo with a wider radius around the sky-land border. The image below shows the result of adding -100 clarity. Sometimes it can be desireable to add negative clarity to soften and smooth out the textures in an image. ![]() I only use the "Clarity" adjustments in Topaz Adjust and leave the "Detail" sliders all at zero. Test image with +100 clarity applied in Lightroom. I use Topaz Adjust a lot, and can't find any equal or better alternative - including attempts to manually adjust local area contrast using Levels/Curves with various luminosity masks. ![]()
